Seems like this one got OOPS’d out. It became available for me on March 8, 2025, for all clusters running anything lower than 9.4.27. My updates went smoothly, but it appears that 9.4.27 will not become eligible for 9.4.28, so now my victory graph looks like this:
Bummer.
